Αdd to every line using Notepad++

1> Press ctrl+H

2> Choose the “Regular expressions“.

3> To add “–” to the beginning of each line, type ^ in the “Find what” field, and “–” in the “Replace with” field and hit Replace All.

4> To add “–” to the end of each line, type $ in the “Find what” field, and “–” in the “Replace with” field and hit Replace All.
